Four generations in the print industry

Hello, I’m Scott Smith the 4^th generation of the Smith family to be in the printing business! The photo above shows me at age 9 with my father, grandfather and great grandfather all of whom spent their entire careers in the printing industry.



I grew up around printing presses and sometimes it feels like I have ink in my veins, pms 185 would be my guess.  Of course, like most teenagers I rebelled and went off to college to become a forest ranger, but eventually I came back to my roots. Since I’ve been involved with the Hartford area printing industry for decades, I’m able to take that knowledge and leverage it for your benefit. 



So who am I? First, I’m a print professional and my love of reading keeps me abreast to all the new developments in that industry. 



I also have a keen interest in nutrition and fitness and recently took an extended bike ride along Lake Ontario. But the thing I enjoy the most is meeting my clients and helping them brainstorm solutions to all their print, mailing and advertising specialties needs.
